DEALER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND LIMITATIONS
REY Trucks, LLC is committed to our customers' satisfaction and we expect the same from our dealers. We know, from experience, that the customer is king and that working hard to meet their expectations through a great product and stellar service is what helps us stand out from the crowd. We expect our dealers to have the same philosophy. We will support your efforts to make each and every transaction with your customer a positive and profitable one.
Please help us push "safety first". All of us at REY Trucks support and encourage rider helmet and safety equipment use. As a REY dealer we expect that you will strongly encourage your customers to use all applicable safety equipment when riding.
Dealers must have and maintain physical storefront. No "online only" dealerships will be allowed.
Dealer may only sell REY product through their physical store or that store's online equivalent. NO selling through online auction or discount sites such as eBay, Amazon, etc., or acting as a "distributor" to other stores, shops, individuals, or online distributors.
You may not advertise our product, either in print or electronically, for less than the REY Trucks, LLC stated MSRP. The amount that you SELL IT for, above or below MSRP is at your discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your status as a dealer may be cancelled at the sole discretion of REY Trucks, LLC in writing.
